Cheddar Vegetable Sausage Casserole: 1 (10 oz) Package of frozen mixed vegetables, 3 large potatoes diced, 2 Packages of of sausage browned and sliced into pieces, 1 (10 oz) Can of cheddar cheese soup, 1 (10 oz) Can of cream of celery soup, 1 Cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.

Easy Vegetable Beef Soup 1 lb ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen veggies 1 can (16 oz) kidney beans, undrained 1 can (14-1/2 oz) beef broth 1 envelope taco seasoning 1 garlic clove, minced In a large saucepan, cook beef & onion over medium heat; drain. Add tomatoes, vegetables, beans, broth, taco seasoning & garlic; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Yield: 10-12 servings (2-3/4 quarts).
