2 tbsp Molasses
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup Mayonnaise

Baking & Spices

1 Pinch Cayenne
2 tsp Paprika, sweet or hot
3 1/4 tsp Kosher salt, coarse
1 1/2 tsp Coriander seed, whole
1/4 cup Brown sugar, packed dark
1 1/2 tsp Peppercorns, black
1 Black pepper
1 tsp Black pepper
1 1/2 tsp Chile powder
3 tbsp Brown sugar, dark

Oils & Vinegars

3/8 cup Cider vinegar
2 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin

Nuts & Seeds

1 1/2 tsp Cumin seed, whole
