4 Baby golden beets
1/3 cup Chives, fresh
3 Mushrooms, large white
1 tbsp Shallot
1 Yellow squash
1 Zucchini

Condiments

1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp Honey

2 Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

    I would broil with a little evoo and s and p for about 2-3 mins until golden brown then add the vinegrette and toss after cooled a bit. Ohh and a little shave garlic !
