1 lb Broccoli
3 cloves Garlic
1 lb Mushrooms, thin
4 Scallions

Canned Goods

3 tbsp Chicken broth, canned low-sodium


1 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Soy sauce

Baking & Spices

1 tsp Cornstarch
1 Red-pepper flakes, Dried
1/2 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

3 tbsp Cooking oil
3/4 tsp Sesame oil, Asian

Nuts & Seeds

2/3 cup Cashews


1 1/2 pounds napa (Chinese) cabbage (about 1/2 head), shredded about (1 1/2 quarts)
