2 tbsp Soy sauce

1 tsp Cornstarch
1 Red-pepper flakes, Dried
1/2 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

3 tbsp Cooking oil
3/4 tsp Sesame oil, Asian

Nuts & Seeds

2/3 cup Cashews

1 1/2 pounds napa (Chinese) cabbage (about 1/2 head), shredded about (1 1/2 quarts)
