Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffin -- fall is coming!

Pumpkin Cinnamon Chip Cookies (5 ingredients) ... 1 box Spice Cake mix, 1 can *15 oz* pumpkin, 1 box Jello pumpkin pudding mix, 1/2 cup water, 1.5 cups cinnamon chips. Mix all ingredients together and scoop spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Would be especially good if iced with cream cheese frosting!!
