(Hmmm: we'll see..) This potentially life-changing mac & cheese is worth the 15 minutes by the stove. You won't believe how rich and creamy it is with NO butter, NO cream, and NO Velveeta in the recipe. (Omit the butter called for -- it doesn't need it!)

    Review: I've made this twice now and it really works and it ends up amazingly creamy and delicious. For me, it takes a lot longer than the blog states and I always have to add more milk even though I cook it on low and stir the entire time. I have to REALLY want mac and cheese to stand in front of the stove for 30 minutes.
