Blogilates... this is like my new thing for 2013. :) Check out Cassey Ho on YouTube! She is an amazing Pilates trainer. She posts videos of new workouts, info about clean eating and more! Her workouts kill, you really feel the burn, it's so worth it though. In fact I just did one of her workouts on YouTube a couple of hours ago. Check out the Blogilates website too. :)
