Yogurt Facial: 1 tablespoon Plain Greek yogurt 1 teaspoon Honey 1. Mix the yogurt, honey & lemon (optional) 2. Take a cotton ball (dont use your hands!) let the cotton ball soak in the ingredients Gently rub the cotton ball on face and neck 3. Let mask dry for about 10-15 minutes 4. Wash with cold water and gently dry
for tightening skin and reducing wrinkles (especially crow’s feet): 1 part (I prefer raw) honey, 1 part lemon juice, 1 part plain yogurt (I usually use about a tsp of each). Mix well and slather onto your face. Allow to dry (about 15-30 mins depending on humidity). Wash off with a warm, wet washcloth and pat dry. If you find it dries your skin too much, use a bit less lemon juice
Breakfast for your face This gentle exfoliating mask is just what you need for taking off dead skin. 2 tablespoons rolled oats 2 tablespoons plain yogurt 2 teaspoons honey Mix, apply to face avoid eye area, rub lightly in an upward circular motion. Rinse well.
