Easy and quick morning workout

I do this all the time. Once I have my workout clothes on it just seems stupid to take them off before they're sweaty. It's a mind game. :)

If you say so. (repeating 5 times means 100 of each. Yikes.)

You get so many physical and mental benefits if you go for a walk everyday!! Walk at a face pace and you get a great workout.

Have to do that side plank twice or be lopsided all day.
