Aint that the truth
This is Cigna Insurance!!!
This always happens
On the reciprocating end, isn't it better to be transferred 10 times first and then tell your whole story? The other idea is you talk to 3 different people for 1 hour explaining everything. Just saying... they have this for a reason.
Sounds like United Healthcare customer service!

I have this exact problem with Maytag warranty center!!!
I think everyone should be required to work either as a server in a family chain, a helpdesk or customer service call center, or a retail sales job in a busy store. You learn a lot about people and why things are the way they are.

Reminds me of Samsung customer service! It's terrible !

this is the life of a hotel operator only the guests ask all the questions then get upset when you dont know all the answers because they dont want to be transferred
Is this ever the truth
This always happens to me! Hahahaaha! Hilarious!!
I just say, "where in the heck do you live anyway? Let me speak to an English speaking employee!!"
And when I transfer you, I will accidently hang up on you so you have to call back and start all over again!
I'm sure this is directly geared towards anyone who has ever called Verizon.
This is so true. You can't even talk to a REAL person any more when you make a call.
The trick is, ask for a supervisor the 1st time. Don't explain anything. Just give your name, then you'll only explain one time, unless the supervisor doesn't know anything!
This is the I.R.S. I promise. I called to ask a question. I know, right? 3 and one-half hours later and 4 different people I still had no answer.
