1 can Artichoke hearts
5 loosely packed cups Baby spinach
2 cloves Garlic
1 Lemon (about 2 teaspoons), zest of
2 tbsp Oregano, fresh
12 Pepperoncini, small whole
1 Red onion, thinly sliced (about 1 cup), small


1 tsp Black olive tapenade
1 tsp Honey
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
1 1/3 tbsp White balsamic vinegar

Pasta & Grains

1/2 lb Gemelli or other curly pasta, dried

Baking & Spices

1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Nuts & Seeds

1/3 cup Walnuts, toasted


4 oz Feta cheese
