Fast and Easy Paper Mache Recipe :: Paper Mache is real easy to make. You simply mix equal parts of flour and water then add some salt and stir it up. I usually make a batch that has two cups of flour, two cups of water and 1 tablespoon of salt and mix it up. It makes enough for a nice pinata.
