    We made them! I forgot the "shelf liner" stuff but they still worked just fine!! Word to the wise - I made these with big and little kids... if big kids (mine were 11 & up), DO tie pieces of the mop or shelf liner over the zip tie head. We had a bit of a scratch as a result of a sponge bomb thrown too hard. After we covered all the heads, they had a blast!!
