2 ingredient Brownies: 1 box of Brownie mix, 15 oz can of pumpkin puree (NOT pie mix). Preheat oven as instructed on box; mix pumpkin & brownie mix together - will be thick; pour in 8 x 8 pan (sprayed with cooking spray), bake until firm (approx 45 min.) Will have a hint of pumpkin flavor but cuts lots of fat & calories.
Homemade Brownie Mix: 8c sugar, 6c flour, 2c cocoa, 1½ TBsp baking powder, 1 TBsp salt ❀ To make brownies: 2¼c brownie mix; 2 eggs, beaten; ⅓c oil or melted butter; 2 tsp vanilla; ½c chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional) Preheat oven to 350°. Grease an 8" square pan. Combine ingredients & mix until smooth. Bake 30-35 minutes until center is set. Cool, cut, serve.
