1 tbsp Ginger, fresh juice
1 Ginger
1 Nori
1 Pea tendrils
1 Radishes
1 Red chile peppers
1 Scallion greens
1 Snow peas

Refrigerated

2 packages Silken tofu, extra-firm

Condiments

1/4 cup Mirin
3 tbsp Soy sauce, natural
1/2 tsp Wasabi, powder
1 Wasabi paste

Baking & Spices

1 Red pepper flakes
1 Sesame seeds, toasted
