2 packages Silken tofu, extra-firm


1/4 cup Mirin
3 tbsp Soy sauce, natural
1/2 tsp Wasabi, powder
1 Wasabi paste

Baking & Spices

1 Red pepper flakes
1 Sesame seeds, toasted
