Zucchini Fritters with Chili Lime Mayo. The dip is the best part of this recipe (although I used the juice from a whole lime, not a half)! It would be great on lots of other foods, too! I followed the recipe exactly (other than adding a light sprinkle of garlic powder to the fritter batter) but my fritters didn't look anything like this picture. Mine were lighter and fluffier, more like a ball. They were pretty good, not greasy, but not nearly as good as they look here!
