Exercise Motivation - This is the best exercise motivator that I've ever tried. Pay yourself a dollar every time you workout. When you get to your "goal" amount ($100, $150, $200 - you decide), treat yourself! Get a new outfit, go for a day at the spa, get a massage, or buy yourself a new piece of jewelry.

"Eat food. Not too much. Mostly Plants." It's that simple!
