this is a photo of a soldier in the vietnam war. many of the soldiers wrote on their helmets to distinguish them from one anothers, and to pass the time.

in the Vietnam War, many soldiers had to walk through muddy marshes and in very hot weather. Their thick outfits and helmets were not exactly designed for this kind of behavior.

the Vietnam War affected everyone in the US. When Mickey and Don get sent off, they find out who their true friends and realize that life exists outside of their Santa Monica suburb.

this is a picture that won a pulitzer prize. It shows the devastating effect of napalm, and how it ripped people apart. Napalm is a flammable explosive that can be made with simple household items.

ill miss this series. 10/10 would watch again
