Shrimp stuffed avocado's. Eric and I ate these in Mexico on our honeymoon at the Blue Chairs. One of my favorite things too eat, and favorite memories.

|4||Avocados, firm ripe|
|5 tbsp||Cilantro aioli or regular mayonnaise with chopped cilantro|
|1||Lime juice from 1 lime|
|1/2||Red bell pepper|
|1/2||Red onion, medium|
