1 bunch Flat-leaf parsley
1 head Garlic
1/4 cup Garlic powder
5 Lemons
1/4 cup Onion powder
1 Rosemary and thyme, sprigs
1 bunch Thyme


1/2 cup Clover honey

Baking & Spices

6 cups All-purpose flour
1 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1 1/3 tbsp Cayenne
1 Fleur de sel or fine sea salt, Ground
33 1/3 tbsp Kosher salt
1 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 1/3 tbsp Paprika
3/4 cup Peppercorns, black

Oils & Vinegars

1 Peanut or canola oil


1 qt Buttermilk


2 gal Water
