Long Island Sound - 1.5 oz Bacardi, 0.75 oz Chambord Black Raspberry, 0.75 oz Lime juice, 0.75 oz Simple syrup, 4 Raspberries, 5 Mint leaves, Splash Club soda. Combine all the ingredients (except the club soda) in a cocktail shaker, including the raspberries and mint.)  Top with ice and shake vigorously.  Pour into a wine glass.  Top with a splash of club soda and stir well. I have been looking for this recipe EVERYWHERE!!! Bomb Pops!! 2 oz Bacardi Razz rum, 2 oz lemonade, 2 oz Blue Curacao. It tastes just like the popsicle! These are bangin' and they taste phenomenal - be careful though - they go down like punch

Frozen Hurricane: 2 oz Bacardi Light Rum, 3 oz Steve's Frozen Chillers Fruit Punch Frozen Drink Mix. Mmmmmm.

Tropical Rum Punch - 1 gallon Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry Squeeze 1 12 oz can Dole Frozen Pineapple Juice concentrate 1 half bottle of Bacardi O* Combine ingredients and mix well. You can adjust the alcohol to suit your taste. For a kid friendly version just omit the Bacardi.

Peach Pick - 1.5 oz. Belvedere Lemon Tea, .75 oz DeKuyper Peachtree, .75 oz Lemon juice, 1.0 oz Simple syrup, 2.0 oz Unsweetened tea, Garnish Lemon wheel. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.  Top with ice and shake moderately.  Strain into an iced glass.  Garnish with lemon wheel.
