PICKLED MANGO--HAWAII STYLE! Here's the recipe: 5 C Water 4 C Sugar 2 C Vinegar 1/4 C Hawaiian rock salt 1/4 C Li hing mui powder * Mix in a pot and bring to a boil. Take off burner and let cool (you can stick it in the freezer to cool it quicker) * Add sliced mango and li hing mui seed and refrigerate for at least 3 days for pickling. * ENJOY!!!!
