Grapefruit Negroni: 2oz Grapefruit juice, 1.5oz Gin , 3/4oz Campari, 3/4oz Sweet Vermouth,1 Grapefruit wedge for garnish 2c Ice cubes Chill a cocktail glass with ice cubes. Combine the grapefruit juice, gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth in an ice filled cocktail shaker. Shake for 15 seconds until the ingredients are thoroughly chilled. Tropalicious 1 oz DeKuyper Tropical Papaya 1 oz Stolichnaya Vodka 1/2 oz cranberry juice 1/2 oz ruby red grapefruit juice Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with crushed ice. Shake gently. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice.
Orange Grapefruit Twist
Frozen pink salty dog: coarse salt, for rim of glass grapefruit, slice for garnish 1/3 cup pink grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed 2 tablespoons vodka 1 tablespoon campari liqueur or 1 tablespoon grenadine 1 cup ice cube Place salt in a saucer. Moisten the rim of a glass with a grapefruit slice. Dip rim in salt. Combine juice and vodka with Campari or grenadine in the jar of a blender; blend. With the motor running, add ice until fully incorporated and slushy. Pour into prepared glass. CHEERS!
