roasted chicken drumsticks - ignore the ingredients, and use olive oil to coat, balsamic vinegar to flavor, a generous helping of kosher salt, and a very light dusting of pepper, and roast as instructed. It is amazing.

CP CREAMY ITALIAN CHICKEN: 4-5 frozen ckn breasts, ½ C water, 1 pkg dry Ital. dressing mix, 8-oz pkg cream cheese softened, 1 can crm of ckn soup, 8-oz pkg baby bella mushrooms sliced, ½ C drained sundried tomatoes in oil, S & P ~ Place ckn in CP. Whisk together water & dressing; pour on ckn. Cook on high 2 hrs. Remove ckn, cut into bite-size pcs, return to CP. Combine crm cheese & soup. Pour on ckn. Cook on high 3 hrs. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, salt, pepper; cook on low 1 hr. Serve w/rice.
