1 (16-ounce) bag Spinach, frozen

1 (25-ounce) jar Pasta sauce

Pasta & Grains

9 No-boil uncooked lasagna noodles

Baking & Spices

1 Salt and pepper

Dairy

1 cup Grated 3-cheese blend
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 cups Ricotta cheese

Everyone loved it, we had the veggieterians super happy and with local grown spinach and cheese, this was wonderful. I did spice it up a bit, with extra onion, garlic and basil from the garden. Allow it to sit for a few minutes before cutting. I did add more cheese, of course.

I would do even more extra spinach, as it cooks down so much. Parmesan and spinach orzo. Super yummy, and easy to add other ingredients. Doubled garlic, spinach, onions and cheese.
