Yum! | 1/2 cup mustard, 1/4 maple syrup (or raw honey), 1 tblsp balsamic (or other) vinegar. Season chicken with salt & pepper, cover in sauce, bake at 425 for 30-40 minutes.

Portobello Wellington...This turned out amazing! I used maple syrup for the wine sauce and to glaze the carrots because I couldn't find date syrup.

Great Candied Yams 5 pounds of fresh sweet potatoes 2 cups Brown sugar 1/4 cup sugar 4 tablespoons butter 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 tbsp water 1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Wash and peel sweet potatoes. 3. Cut sweet potatoes in desired cubes or slices and put in a pan. 4. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, water and sugars all over the sweet potatoes. 5. Slice the butter and place around the pan. 6. Place pan of sweet potatoes in the oven and bake 40 minutes. 7. Cut the oven up to 450 and cook for 30 minutes. Remove pan from the oven and check a sweet potato from the top and see if tender. If tender and juice looks like a thin based syrup, they are done. If not, place back in the oven for 15 minutes. They will be done. There you have you Yams. Enjoy

Brown Sugar Spiced Baked Chicken (I added fresh garlic in the bag while it marinated and marinated it in the fridge for 30 minutes). Served with baked sweet potato and broccoli.
