I love grabbing these out of the fridge when I'm short on time & need a quick meal. It's filling, yummy & healthy. You can take the "base" recipe & experiment with all kinda flavors.
Pre-make these mason jars of oatmeal at night to eat for breakfast over the next few days. Add nuts, berries, seeds, etc & then put them right in the fridge. No cooking necessary. Overnight the cool milk and tangy yogurt soften the oats and meld together into this scrumptious creamy breakfast. Pull the jars out of the fridge and enjoy.
