My Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls

Vegetarian • Makes 15 rolls approximately

Refrigerated

1 Egg

1/2 tbsp Corn syrup
1 tsp Lemon juice, fresh
3/4 cup Margarine

Baking & Spices

2 1/4 tsp Active dry yeast
4 1/2 cups All purpose unbleached flour
1 1/4 cups Brown sugar, packed light
2 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
2 tbsp Cornstarch
1/2 cup Granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups Powdered sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Oils & Vinegars

1/3 cup Canola or vegetable oil

Dairy

1/4 cup Buttermilk
2 oz Cream cheese

Liquids

3/4 cup Water
