Chicken with Mushrooms Marsala - this is a great recipe. Again I stick to the boneless chicken thighs rather than the whole chicken. I tend to reduce the amount of chicken broth just so my chicken is not "sunk" in liquid. I highly recommend serving this with wild rice!
