1 cup Red bell pepper
1/2 cup Red onion
1 cup Spinach, fresh packed

6 Eggs

Condiments

2 tsp Sriracha sauce

Baking & Spices

1/4 tsp Pepper
1/8 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

2 tsp Olive oil

Dairy

1/3 cup Goat cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
