hi! Yes. Pretty much ANY homemade meal can be LOW or no sodium. Honestly I rarely add salt to my food. A little is OK. But I find that garlic powder adds a nice flavor, instead of salt. But here is one of my fave's from my website : http://laurenhefez.com/2011... (you might have already tried it) The recipe calls for sea salt but I do not add it and it tastes GREAT. You can just make the black bean burger and you do not have to make the avocado salsa.You can add any toping. But the black bean burger as a base is GREAT!! Hope this helps. Pretty much, start adding less and less salt (or none at all), and the other flavors will be just fine :)
