Baked Butternut Squash Fries Peel cut squash into french fry shape. Toss with oil. Spread on a wire rack on top of a baking sheet and salt. Bake 40 minutes, flipping at 20 min.

a bag of baby carrots, a little olive oil, balsamic vinegar, black pepper and sea salt. toss to coat, roast at 450 for 20-25 mins tossing again occasionally. drizzle with a little more olive oil and serve! easy, easy side dish.

Sliced potatoes tossed in (3Tbsp) olive oil, Italian seasoning (1tbsp) and salt (1tsp) in a ziplock bag to coat. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 450 for 15 -20 minutes, until lightly brown. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
