Copycat P.F. Chang's Lettuce Wraps. This recipe is definitely going in the save pile! It's an easy and healthy meal to whip up on a weeknight. You can either buy ground chicken or chop up chicken breast yourself (that's what I did). The sauce is so yummy! You can add as much spice as you like with the chili sauce. Adding mushrooms would also be good so they are more like P.F. Chang's.
Here's an easy, healthy meal that Mindy and her son Connor cooked up. "We started with olive oil in a large pan, added onion with garlic on top so it doesn't burn. Add ground turkey meat and cook until done. Set this aside and in the same pan, more olive oil and add fresh cut tomatoes and salt. Cook for a couple of minutes, add cooked pasta then the meat mixture. Stir together then just before plating, add fresh mozzarella and fresh basil. Enjoy!"
