Balsamic Roast Beef French Dip Sandwich via Add a Pinch
Balsamic Roast Beef Recipe •1 3-4 lb boneless roast beef (chuck or round roast) •1 c beef broth •½ c balsamic vinegar •1 T Worcestershire sauce •1 T soy sauce •1 T honey •½ tsp red pepper flakes •4 cloves garlic-chopped ~Place beef in the insert of slow cooker. Mix together all remaining ingredients. Pour over beef & set timer (4 hrs on High or 6-8 hrs on Low) ~Once beef has cooked, remove from cooker. Break apart lightly with two forks and then ladle about ¼-½ cup of gravy over roast beef.
