No-Bake Brownie Pumpkin Pie 4 oz. cream cheese 1 Tbl. milk 1 Tbl. sugar 1 1/2 cup thawed cool whip 6 full-sized Fairytale Brownies - Original or Cream Cheese flavor 1 cup milk 2 pkg (4 oz) instant vanilla pudding 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Break up brownies and press them to form a crust lining a 9-inch pie plate.
Soften cream cheese in microwave on high for 15 seconds. Mix cream cheese, 1 T milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crust.
Pour 1 cup milk into bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended (1-2 min.) Mixture will be very thick. Stir in pumpkin and spices with whisk. Mix well. spread over cream cheese layer.
Garnish with chopped pecans or walnuts if desired.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
