Mexican Pinwheels. 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1 C shredded cheddar, 1/2 C chopped black olives, 2 T fresh chopped cilantro, 2 T chopped scallions, 1/2 t garlic powder 4 10" flour tortillas Mix 1st 6 ingredients. Spread 1/2 C mix per tortilla. Place row of jalapeno halves lengthwise across tortilla. Roll up, wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate min. 2 hrs. Unwrap and slice.
