Eat Healthy: morning eat within 30 minutes of waking to jump-start metabolism - few bites of oatmeal or half banana afternoon-Eat light snack before your workout. small bowl of oatmeal-banana- apple slices with peanut butter. After workout-Eat within 30 minutes so your body doesn't start burning muscle - protein- handful almonds or protein shake.
