Baking & Spices

1/2 cup All-purpose flour
2 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
7/8 cup Sugar
3/4 tsp Table salt
2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour

Oils & Vinegars

1/2 cup Canola oil
1/4 cup Olive oil

Nuts & Seeds

1/2 cup Coconut, unsweetened
1/4 cup Flaxseed, ground
1/2 cup Walnuts or pecans
