Warm BLT Dip: 1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 1 (8oz.) block of cream cheese, softened 2 cups of Colby/Jack shredded cheese 4 or 5 Roma tomatoes, chopped 2 pkgs. of real bacon pieces 3 or 4 green onions, chopped Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or so (until it's bubbling on the sides)
Easy Chicken Fried Rice is cheaper than take out, and much healthier too! in a little oil heat 1/2 cup frozen veggies, 2 chopped green onions, 1 minced garlic, 1 whisked egg. cook, then add 2 cups leftover rice. leftover chicken (or shrimp on hand) and 2 T soy sauce.
