12 oz Shiitake mushrooms
1/2 tbsp Thyme, fresh

4 Eggs, fried or poached

Pasta & Grains

1/2 lb Mafalda pasta

Baking & Spices

3/4 tsp Pepper
1 sprinkle Red pepper
3/4 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

8 tsp Olive oil

2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
