Cajun Chicken Pasta: use whole wheat or brown rice fettuccine, = 1 tsp. olive oil per serving of 1/6 recipe, use light butter or margarine (like ICBINB Light) & count, count for wine (Don't use P+ calculator for alcohol.) -- see pin "How to Calculate P+ Values for Recipes with Alcohol" on the board "WW SFT", instead of cream use FF 1/2 & 1/2. For SFT using substitutions given & counting only for light butter & wine = 1 P+ per serving of 1/6 recipe.
