Chair "footies" made of felt (Instead of tennis balls)

Cover the feet of chairs with pieces of felt and rubber bands to keep the chairs from making noise and marking up the floor. Easier and cheaper than the tennis ball solution! Great idea!

I'm doing these this year! Instead of expensive tennis balls on the chairs, use felt that is doubled and then wrapped with a rubber band to make neat footies for the chairs.
