Meat

170 g Ground pork
170 g Pork - ground ground chicken or turkey is, fine

Produce

250 g Carrot
140 g Celery
560 g Chinese cabbage
4 tsp Ginger, fresh
2 Onion, small
140 g Shiitake mushroom, fresh

Condiments

4 tbsp Catsup
4 tbsp Oyster sauce
4 tsp Soy sauce

Pasta & Grains

1 70 grams glass Noodles
1 70 grams glass Noodles rehydrated

Baking & Spices

6 tbsp Flour
4 tsp Potato starch
4 tsp Potato starch halve if using cornstarch
1 tsp Salt
6 tbsp Sugar, granulated
1 tsp White pepper, ground

Oils & Vinegars

1/2 cup Rice vinegar
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Sesame oil, toasted
2 Vegetable oil

Bread & Baked Goods

30 sheets Spring roll wrapper

Beer, Wine & Liquor

2 tbsp Shaoxing or dry sherry works too

Liquids

18 tbsp Water

2 tablespoons Shaoxing (or dry sherry works too)
