1 lb Russet or round red potatoes
2 tsp Thyme, fresh

Baking & Spices

1/8 tsp Black pepper, ground
1/4 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

1 Cooking spray, Nonstick
1 tbsp Olive oil

These little potato and herb cakes make a nice side dish recipe for beef or chicken but could also be served as an appetizer.
