Put duct tape on a ziplock bag, punch a hole in it, add a piece of ribbon long enough to create a strap to tie around waist or go across the shoulder & you have a S.W.A.P.S. holder. Pic shows duct tape at the bottom of the baggie. Put the duct tape on the side & punch the hold at the top near the zipper.
