3 medium cloves Garlic
1 tsp Jalapeno chiles
1 medium head Romaine lettuce
1 Vegetables

1 tbsp Chicken broth

2 tsp Soy sauce

1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp White pepper, ground

2 tbsp Peanut or vegetable oil

2 tbsp Sherry or shao hsing rice wine, dry
