Blueberry Muffin Top Cookies. My (and probably everyone else's) favorite part of a muffin! They really taste like muffin tops. And look the part, too. Here are my clean switches: whole wheat flour, sea salt in place of regular salt, 1/4 cup applesauce + 1/4 cup canola oil in place of butter, 1/2 cup sucanat in place of 1 cup sugar, and soy milk in place of milk.
