    Just google "ringtone maker" and the first or second link should be to and you can just make it there! Set the finished file to export as .m4a (not .mp3), and then change the file type on your computer to .m4r (which is the file itunes recognizes as ringtones). Double click on file and done! WAYY easier than these steps.
