2 Ingredient Cinnamon Apple Cake: 1 can of apple pie filling and 1 box of Angel food cake (dry mix) or vanilla cake mix (dry mix), (optional 2 tsp cinnamon). Combine in a large bowl and transfer to a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until dark golden brown. I just made this with blueberry pie filling and it was amazing!
Pie Fries: Cut pie crust into strips w/ fluted pastry wheel. Brush w/ melted butter. Sprinkle w/ cinnamon sugar. Bake at 375 about 15 minutes. Eat "as is" or dip into jam, pie filling or frosting. Mine did not nearly look as pretty but they were pretty tasty and really easy. Great for a simple dessert or snack. Would go well with a scoop of vanilla ice cream :)
