Coconut oil can be used topically/ internally for elimination of wrinkles. Hydrating& rebuilds connective tissues Use a little carrot& beet juice on skin. Carrot juice has lots of Vit A. Beets repair DNA, beet juice topically on wrinkle rebuilds damaged skin. Using carrot and beet juice topically with coconut oil also increases the benefits of both. Coconut oil has absorptive properties. Only need 1-2 tbsp of juices, you can drink rest. Leave on skin for 10 mins. You can apply and reapply.
